Disclosure

All books and products reviewed or recommended by me were purchased or borrowed by me for our family's private and personal use, or they were found for free online. If I say that we love it, I mean it! However, my endorsement does not mean that I recommend purchasing it new. To keep on a budget, I always recommend
  1. Use what you already have,
  2. Borrow from a library or from friends,
  3. Download books from the public domain for use on a kindle app or Google Play Books, and
  4. Buy used at a book sale, thrift store, or online.
This site contains referral links, mainly to Amazon.com. As a member of the Amazon LLC's affiliate program, if you click on a link to a book or product and make a purchase, at no cost to you, I may receive a small compensation. Usually, I link to books or products that I have used in one form or another, but linking to a book or product does not expressly mean that I endorse the product.

I am also an ambassador for the MUTU system and feel confident promoting it online and in real life because it has helped me immensely in my own postpartum recovery after my 3rd and 4th births. If you are experiencing back pain, pelvic floor weakness, or prolapse after pregnancy, consider finding a physical therapist or checking out MUTU. You can read their free PDF about 10 things your doctor did not tell you about your postpartum body here.
